  Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our agency through proactive sales efforts, cold calling, and lead generation. We are looking for a candidate who has experience in the digital marketing agency space and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

 What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive growth and revenue across a wide range of products and services
  • Identify and cultivate new partners relationships through targeted outreach and networking
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, including vendors and industry organizations
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales management and account management strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market changes, and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including product management, marketing, and sales.
  • Manage multiple accounts simultaneously at different pipeline stages, while being able to close deals of varying complexity, size, and sales cycle;
  • Travel throughout the territory to attend physical events and visit prospects and customers as needed;
  • Maintain healthy pipeline against quota with strong CRM hygiene for all deals while continually assessing and communicating sales attainment status, as well as activities needed to improve performance;
  • Be a brand advocate during all customer and prospect interactions while identifying new opportunities that drive value;
  • Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities;
  • Strong presentation skills to be able to speak comfortably and effectively in front of large audiences at virtual or onsite events.

 

  What You Have

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, with a focus on enterprise data management, digital marketing
  • Proven track record of successfully driving growth and cultivating new partners relationships
  • Broad functional expertise in sales, account management, GTM strategy, product management, innovation, partnership development and management, data monetization, and digital marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

For our candidates, the expected On Target Earnings (OTE) are between $240 and $605 (including bonus). The offer varies on many factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, interview results, references, etc.
